Section 1 : Beliefs and Definitions

Define vampire and vampirism
There are only two types of Vampires, Folkloric and Real. The folkloric Vampire arose across the human landscape from our innate death anxieties. The folklore explains the changes made in a corps while it decomposes, such as groaning and movement. Writers like Brahm Stoker and Ann Rice also made the Vampire into a romantic hero. Still these are only stories, however well written and inspiring. They express our passion and anxiety with Grandmother Death. Sure, some real Vampires dress up as folkloric types, but that is like a Satanist or Witch dressing up in black and red with horns or pointy hat and a Sigil of Baphomet or other pentacle that causes then to stoop for its great weight. For the real vampire, the label is an adequate but poor identifier for some people who are awakened to a particular energetic reality. Much maligned the image of the real Vampire is unjustly served in literature from Spiritualism, Paganism, and Satanism.

Would you define vampires as human or non-human?
Yes. Human, and then some.

Do you believe that there's more than one kind vampire? If so, what do you think those kinds are and what defines them?
We could classify us into Sanguine and Psychic, based on preferences. Then we could classify us as belonging to a house (House Kephru, Draconus, etc) and those not belonging to a house. The first is a difference of preference, the other a difference of history.

Section 2 : Traits

Do you believe vampires are born, made, or some of each?
Born, but something needs to happen to awaken it within them.

Do you believe non-vampires can be turned into vampires?
Into Sympathetic Vampires, yes. Conditions can so drain A person of native energies that they develop the need. But like a broken bone that may or may not heal properly, death will cure this form.

If you think non-vampires can be turned into vampires how might that be accomplished?
Suck them dry.

Do you think there are certain traits that all vampires share. What are they? If a self-proclaimed vampire doesn't exhibit these traits how would you classify them?
The ability to manage energy systems, soul-energy especially. Those unable are either undeveloped (ignorance or lazy), or some how constrained.

Section 3 : Sang~Psi~Self-Perception

How do you know you're a vampire, or if you're not, what would make you think someone else was one.  Because Elf and Vampire are so similar, and I share features of both, I expect I am whatever omnivorous creature these other two evolve from.

If your definitions include "energy," define "energy." If not, what do you believe the vampire draws sustenance from?
Energy is the foundation of existence (matter being condensed energy). For the function of the Vampire, it is the power to sustain life, and even to live well.

Have you ever consumed blood? If so, how does doing so effect you?
Iíve sucked on a bloody wound, does that count?

Do you believe in "psychic/psionic" abilities? If so, do you think vampires have enhanced abilities in this area?
Letís just say that, Iíve experienced things for which Psionics is the best theory to explain them. Yes, I do think Vampires have enhanced abilities much the way a dog has a better sniffer ó it helps in the hunt.

Do you beleive that all vampires need to consume blood or that some can feed by tapping energy directly(psionically)?
No, I believe the energy is the need, blood is the medium that some prefer or need to make that transfer possible.

Section 4 : Spiritual and Social

Do you follow a particular spiritual path and if so what is it?
Satanic Paganism

Does your spiritualiy or religion have any relationship to vampirism? Do you believe that vampirism has a religious context or is a religion?
As a path of individuals, each accepts, tests, or rejects each theory of reality according to their need and curiosity. Personally, I accept, as does John Allee, High Priest of the First Church of Satan. 2nd part: As either Myth or OtherKin, yes, it can be part of a religious paradigm. We could even build A religion around the theory.

Do you believe in physical immortality, and if so can vampires be immortal? What about spiritual immortality?
The only guarantee of physical immortality we have is in the souls of those who survive our death. Their memory of us is our immortality. Imhotep has attained such, as 5000 years later we still remember who he is. Spiritual? I believe it is possible for some Kundalini to remain intact between lives enough to remember their own past lives.

What do you think would be the ideal relationships between vampires and society? What do you see the real realationship between vampires and society as being?
Like Shamans of old, the vampire could heal and protect a society from problems both physical and soul. Those Vampire who remember past lives well could even function as counselors

Do you think there should be an overall community or organisation for all vampires? If so how should it be structured? If not, why not?
Some people do well in a community; some donít. Let the communities form where they will, for those who want them.
