Understanding what the differences between mortal vampirism and blood fetishisism is very important... because there is a major difference between the two. The first thing I would like to point out is that the blood fetishist likes blood for sexual gratification. The mortal vampire drinks blood due to a physical need which is not in any way sexual. Now the mortal vampire may take part in sexual acts with a donor, but this is due from the passions that spark from the donor not the mortal vampire. The next aspect is that the mortal vampire does suffer from the Hunger The blood fetishist does not have such a hunger, but may have a sort of craving. So I suppose what I am trying to point out is that the major difference between the two is that the mortal vampire is in no way "into" blood drinking per say, as is the blood fetishist.
